We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Benefit Enrollment Marketing Coordinator to join our Client Services team and contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding client experiences.
Job Summary:
The Benefit Enrollment Marketing Coordinator supports client services by developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, communications, and educational materials to boost employee engagement in the benefits programs. They assist with new case setups, open enrollment, and content improvements.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Attend and support conference calls with brokers/clients and take clear and precise notes regarding the benefit enrollment process.
- Create/update project plan as needed with updates to Action Items, appointment details/scheduling info, benefit details (Benefits at a Glance) with new information as necessary.
- Create and proactively update CRM system for project details and appointment scheduling site setup, etc.
- Email broker/GIS for any outstanding documents or questions for case training in support of the Client Service Manager.
- Proofread and cross-check key benefit details between proposals, summaries and benefit guides for accuracy and complete details to support the enrollment for the team.
- Draft, proofread and provide edits for communication pieces needed for enrollments to include emails, flyers, text messages, and benefits microsite among other items.
- Create newly eligible project plans, communication pieces, calendar reminders and send monthly/yearly updates to new hire communications for Onboarding Concierge groups.
- Proactively support the Client Service Manager (e.g. document email details and documents received, add to cloud storage as needed) and update the Project Plan accordingly)
- Assist the training team with training material for case training.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Experience with Employee Benefits or as a Human Resource Specialist.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Previous benefit enrollment marketing and/or Client Services experience a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Requirements:Experience in Employee Benefits or as a Human Resource Specialist

Must have a marketing background.
Must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
