Position Overview

 

Continental Sales “Lots 4 Less” is seeking a self-motivated part-time cashier team member who will be responsible for supporting the cash registers while delivering a positive, welcoming, and efficient customer experience. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitudeAccurately operate the cash register and process customer transactionsMaintain a clean, and organized checkout areaFollow all store policies and proceduresGreet and acknowledge each customer before each transactionMaintain awareness of our discount days Perform other duties as assigned by leadership 

 

Qualifications

 

Must be at least 16 years of ageFlexible work schedules available (including days, evenings and weekends)Lift and carry items up to 20 poundsFriendly, dependable, and punctualAbility to communicate effectively with team members and guestsAbility to operate and use the equipment necessary to run the store 

Pay Rate

Hourly Rate: $16.60 per hour

We have been a trusted source of everything from food, household consumables, health and beauty, seasonal products, and much more. Our customers will find a selection of merchandise that includes famous brands and private label merchandise at deep discount prices. 

 

Continental Sales “Lots 4 Less” opened over 60 years ago with the intention to serve the neighborhood. Since then, the store has been providing the community with the products they need, and even some of those extra “wants” at prices that do not break the bank. With up to a thousand customers per day and deep discounts, it’s apparent how fast products fly off the shelf and just how true “Here today, gone tomorrow” can be.
