How you will make an impact: 

The Director of Electronic Health Records (EHR) serves as a senior nursing leader responsible for overseeing and optimizing the electronic systems that manage resident medical information. With experience in platforms such as PointClickCare, this role ensures data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and the seamless integration of clinical and financial workflows across the organization’s senior living communities. By equipping nursing staff to efficiently access resident records, manage medications, and track care plans, the Director strengthens communication, enhances operational efficiency, and ultimately improves the quality and safety of resident care.

What you will need: 

  • Language: Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English (required)
  • Clinical Expertise: Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in long-term care or senior living; LVN candidates with relevant experience may be considered (required)

  • PointClickCare Experience: Proficient in PointClickCare modules, including Point of Care (POC) and eMAR. (required)

  • Leadership: Skilled in planning, organizing, and directing nursing and EHR operations. (required)
