Position Title: The Only Facial Client Experience Liaison - Receptionist
Location: Corporate Office
Job Type: Part Time and Full Time Available, Approx 25-35 Hrs (Evenings and Weekends Required)
Reports To: Director of Client Experience
Job Overview:
The Only Facial Receptionist is one who is dedicated and focused, who excels at prioritizing; completes multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and welcoming spa atmosphere with every phone call answered. Graceful and compassionate in greeting and booking clients; discreet and effective communicator. Focuses on driving productivity by leveraging strong front office management skills while maintaining strong working relationships with all team members and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls for all 11+ store locations.
- Schedule appointments and manage the booking system efficiently.
- Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Run reports and follow up messaging for all store locations.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
- Support marketing efforts by assisting in the organization of holiday and promotion products, including, but not limited to creating gift boxes.
Requirements
Qualifications:
*High school diploma
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer software.
- Flexibility in an ever changing and adapting environment.
- Positive attitude and a passion for skincare and wellness.
