Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate machinery to produce precision ? machined parts according to production requirements.
• Review work orders, blueprints, materials, and machining parameters to plan machining tasks effectively.
• Maintain accurate production, time, and specification records while ensuring adherence to all quality and safety standards.
• Monitor equipment performance, maintain necessary supplies, and ensure machines operate efficiently throughout each shift.
• Operate Davenport and Acme Gridley screw machines with expertise and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Apply prior experience in lathe operation and milling machines to ensure high ? quality machining results.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Must maintain good safety practices
• Able to interpret production drawings, procedures, and work instructions
• Assume responsibility for producing quality parts
• Work with Plant Manager and Leads to resolve any tooling or setup problems that may occur
• Min 3 years of experience and knowledge of lathe operation and milling machines necessary
• Must speak and understand English
