Part-Time Housekeeping Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Train and support housekeeping staff in cleaning and maintenance procedures
• Inspect guest rooms and common areas (stairways, lounge spaces, etc.) for cleanliness and readiness
• Establish, implement, and uphold hotel cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards
• Motivate team members and assist in resolving workplace issues
• Respond professionally to guest complaints, concerns, and special requests
• Monitor inventory and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment as needed
• Participate in deep cleaning or large-scale cleaning projects
• Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and health regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role
• Hands‑on experience with cleaning tasks and maintenance in medium to large facilities
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and cleaning products
• Strong organizational, leadership, and team‑management skills
• Ability to lift 30–50 pounds safely
• Physical stamina for long periods of standing and repeated movement
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
• High school diploma preferred
