As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will responsible for the regulatory compliance and overall maintenance at our prestigious facility and state of the art equipment at our St. Charles, IL location!
Main Responsibilities:
- Preventative Maintenance Services
- Equipment Maintenance Services
- Facility Management and Security Systems
- Coordination on Emergency Systems
- Support Services to North America plants
- Health and Safety Management Systems
- Customer Experience
- People Leadership
Qualifications:
- Post secondary education in industrial mechanical field
- Licensed Millwright or electrician
- Licensed HVAC, electrical, plumbing an asset
- 5+ years (after receiving millwright or electrician license which is 5 years) in a manufacturing setting and demonstrated leading people
- Multi-cultural environment experience an asset
- SAP an asset
- Working with extruders and mills an asset
Monday through Fridays 10:00 pm to 6:30 am weekends as needed depending on business needs
