Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor the cut-to-length machine to ensure proper performance
• Oversee the entire production process from coil loading to finished blanks
• Supervise and support 1-2 team members to maintain workflow and productivity
• Inspect finished materials to ensure they meet quality and specification standards
• Measure materials using precision tools such as micrometers and tape measures
• Evaluate flatness and surface quality of blanks
• Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain product accuracy
• Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance concerns
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety policies and production procedures

Qualifications:

• Ability to accurately read and use a micrometer
• Proficient in reading and interpreting a tape measure
• Skilled in assessing flatness and overall quality of metal blanks
