Role Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Store Specialist / Cashier to join the team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about luxury timepieces and jewelry, enjoys working directly with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service while ensuring accurate transactions and maintaining the security of high-value merchandise.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with the buying and selling of pre-owned watches and jewelry in a professional and knowledgeable manner
Provide accurate product information and recommend suitable timepieces or jewelry based on customer preferences and needs
Process sales transactions efficiently, including handling cash and electronic payments with precision
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure merchandise is properly displayed and securely stored
Deliver outstanding after-sales support and respond promptly to customer inquiries
Adhere to store policies and procedures regarding the security, handling, and documentation of high-value items
Qualifications & Skills
Strong customer service and communication skills
High level of integrity and attention to detail
Basic cash handling and POS system experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Jewelry appraisal experience is an advantage but not required
