Location: North Scottsdale, AZ (specifically off of the 101 and East Bell Road)

Compensation: Dependent on Experience

Schedule: On-site Monday through Friday. 8-hour day shift. No nights, no weekends, and no major holidays!

We are seeking a compassionate, clinically strong Floor Physician to oversee day-to-day patient care within our integrative oncology program. This role is ideal for a provider who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical environment and is passionate about delivering patient-centered, research-based care.

Position Overview

The Floor Physician is responsible for overseeing all patient care functions on the treatment floor. This provider collaborates closely with Physicians, Nursing, and interdisciplinary departments to ensure high-quality clinical execution and continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete daily charting, documentation, and review of labs for active patient treatments

  • Oversee day-to-day patient care and ensure clinical accuracy of treatment plans

  • Collaborate with Oversight Physicians regarding case management and complex care decisions

  • Partner closely with the Nursing team on patient concerns and care coordination

  • Manage and respond to emergency situations on the treatment floor

  • Conduct patient care research and present findings during Tumor Board meetings

  • Attend weekly Physician and Nursing meetings

  • Participate in ongoing continuing medical education

  • Maintain effective interdepartmental communication

  • Collaborate appropriately with vendors and pharmaceutical representatives

  • Contribute to fostering a healing, professional, and patient-centered environment


Required Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted Arizona license as one of the following:

    • ND/NMD (Naturopathic Doctor)

    • NP/DNP (Nurse Practitioner / Doctor of Nursing Practice)

    • PA (Physician Assistant)

  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

  • Experience in oncology, integrative medicine, or complex chronic disease management preferred

  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment

  • Commitment to continuous learning and evidence-based practice
