We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the property's financial and physical health, ensuring a positive experience for prospective and current tenants, and upholding the property's standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Collect rents, security deposits, and miscellaneous charges from tenants.

- Scan checks daily to ensure accurate record-keeping.

- Enforce payment policies; note that acceptance of cash payments will result in automatic dismissal.

- Issue late notices and initiate eviction proceedings when necessary.

- Show vacant apartments to prospective tenants, providing information and answering questions.

- Accept rental applications, verify income and assets, and submit all documentation to the corporate Compliance Department for final review and approval.

- Conduct property walkthroughs upon arrival and departure each day to monitor conditions.

- Monitor common areas and laundry rooms, ensuring they are clean, safe, and in good working order.

- Oversee the turnover process of recently vacated units, signing off on completion and readiness for new tenants.

- Maintain the office environment through regular housekeeping and organization.

- Keep grounds watered and maintained seasonally to promote curb appeal and property health.


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in property management or a related field.

- Strong organizational and administrative skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to handle sensitive financial transactions accurately.

- Knowledge of property management software and basic accounting principles.

- Ability to perform physical tasks such as property inspections and grounds maintenance.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in property management are a plus.
