In this role, the Sales Director is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing daily inquiries from prospective residents and families, conducting both scheduled and walk-in tours, and building a strong waitlist prior to opening. You will collaborate with the Executive Director and regional sales team to develop and implement marketing strategies that position The Monroe as the premier 55+ Active Adult destination in the market.
