JOB SUMMARY:
JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Execute the sales process from introduction of services to signing agreements in order to meet booking, conversion and job profitability goals
- Present Master Trades Group as the “industry best” to perform the work by selling the brand and value proposition against the competition
- Create trust and value when presenting sewer repair options to homeowners.
- Develop a daily schedule of productive activities from qualified leads
- Develop community relationships for referral and sales opportunities
- Respond to and initiate telephone contact with potential customers
- Complete camera inspections of main line for customers and accurately diagnose defects. Inform homeowners on the state of their sewer main and offer appropriate options for repair or replacement.
- Prepare and present individualized proposals for main sewer replacements or repair
- Close sales and achieve assigned sales performance objectives
- Collaborate with the Excavation team to ensure the job is executed professionally.
- Sell additional services to present customer base and referrals Meet company target of contacting all leads within 2 hours of receiving them
- Hand off all required papers to the crew to complete required work.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES:
- Ability to set appropriate expectations for customers regarding scope of work, availability, and landscaping. Ability to accurately ‘locate’ damaged sewer line to formulate an accurate scope of work
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization and with customers.
- Ability to work professionally under pressure during high-volume work.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize (or reprioritize) tasks on very short notice.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- A DOT Physical maybe required at certain locations
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
REQUIRED:
- 5+ years proven sales experience required 2+ years of residential/home services experience highly preferred
- Strong business acumen required
