Are you passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We’re looking for a Client Support Specialist to manage and support employee benefit plans, including FSA, HRA, HSA, DCA, Parking, Transit, and Lifestyle/Wellness programs. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our clients and their employees have smooth, accurate, and timely plan administration.
What You’ll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients and participants
- Assist clients in understanding plan documentation and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with sales and new business teams to improve client experience
- Prepare client reports and reconcile administrative data accurately
- Monitor payroll files and ensure timely deposits and recordkeeping
- Investigate and resolve client and participant inquiries, escalating issues as needed
- Perform IRS non-discrimination testing and internal operational audits
- Maintain accurate records and keep management informed of any critical issues
- Support cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Salary Information
$18 - $22

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s preferred)
- Proven experience in customer service and benefit administration
- Prior experience with P&A services preferred
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build strong client relationships and maintain long-term partnerships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools
- Familiarity with CRM tools and client engagement strategies
