About this position

 Are you passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We’re looking for a Client Support Specialist to manage and support employee benefit plans, including FSA, HRA, HSA, DCA, Parking, Transit, and Lifestyle/Wellness programs. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our clients and their employees have smooth, accurate, and timely plan administration.


What You’ll Do

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients and participants
  • Assist clients in understanding plan documentation and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with sales and new business teams to improve client experience
  • Prepare client reports and reconcile administrative data accurately
  • Monitor payroll files and ensure timely deposits and recordkeeping
  • Investigate and resolve client and participant inquiries, escalating issues as needed
  • Perform IRS non-discrimination testing and internal operational audits
  • Maintain accurate records and keep management informed of any critical issues
  • Support cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Salary Information

$18 - $22 Hourly Wage

Requirements

  •  High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Proven experience in customer service and benefit administration
  • Prior experience with P&A services preferred
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and maintain long-term partnerships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and client engagement strategies
