Urban Veterinary Associates (Westmont, IL) is seeking a Lead CVT who wants to help guide a technician team while still practicing high-quality medicine — with real doctor and management support.

This role is ideal for a CVT who wants leadership without being left alone to carry everything.

What you’ll do:

• Serve as a clinical leader and mentor for the technician team 
• Work closely with doctors on patient care and workflow 
• Continue hands-on CVT work (this is not a desk job) 
• Help shape protocols and team growth — collaboratively
