Sales Representative – Texas & Surrounding StatesPalziv North AmericaPalziv North America is seeking an experienced Sales Representative based in Texas to grow and support our business across Texas and surrounding states. This role is responsible for developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth by promoting Palziv’s innovative foam products across multiple industries.The ideal candidate is a motivated, results-driven sales professional who thrives in outside sales, understands technical products, and enjoys building long-term partnerships.Position SummaryThe Sales Representative will act as the face of Palziv North America within the assigned territory, covering Texas and neighboring markets. This individual will develop and maintain customer relationships, execute strategic sales plans, and deliver exceptional service while representing a trusted global manufacturer of high-performance foam solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities throughout Texas and surrounding statesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goalsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and leadsEstablish, grow, and maintain long-term relationships with existing customersConduct regular client meetings to assess needs, present solutions, and ensure satisfactionServe as a trusted advisor by providing product knowledge and technical expertiseMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedbackProvide insights and recommendations to leadership for product and service improvementsCollaborate closely with internal teams (customer service, production, logistics, and product development) to ensure seamless customer experiencesMaintain accurate CRM records, including sales activity, customer interactions, and market insightsPrepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecastsParticipate in team meetings and contribute to broader sales strategy developmentQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)Minimum 5 years of outside sales experienceProven success in B2B sales, preferably within foam, manufacturing, industrial, or materials industriesStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsResults-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsTechnical aptitude to understand and communicate product specifications and applicationsAbility to work independently while collaborating cross-functionallyProficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and prepare reportsWillingness to travel extensively within Texas and neighboring statesValid driver’s license and reliable transportationWhy Palziv North AmericaEstablished global manufacturer with strong growth momentumOpportunity to own and grow a high-impact regional territoryCompetitive compensation with performance incentivesCollaborative, values-driven cultureLong-term career growth potential📍 Location: Texas (remote, regional travel required)If you’re ready to grow a multi-state territory, build lasting customer relationships, and represent innovative foam solutions, we’d love to hear from you.
