Paint Line Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Paint Line Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Powder Coating Electrostatic Paint Line. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on leadership experience, and a keen eye for quality control. This role plays a critical part in maintaining production efficiency, ensuring product quality, and leading a safe and effective team environment. We offer:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of the powder coating electrostatic paint line.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on painting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct titration and chemical checks as part of quality control processes.
• Oversee hook design, scheduling, and workflow to meet production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards and QC specifications.
• Comply with safety policies, PPE use, and OSHA/EPA regulations.
• Maintain records for waste disposal, air quality, and chemical use.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards related to powder coating operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in powder coating, paint line supervision, or a related manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of line setup, operation, titration, and preventative maintenance procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs routinely and stand for up to 8 hours per shift in a warm environment.
• Flexibility to work overtime as required.
• Must be available to start between 5:00 AM – 6:00 AM.
