POSITION SUMMARY

The Payroll Supervisor oversees the payroll operations for the EAH healthcare organization. This role ensures timely and accurate payroll processing for clinical and non-clinical staff, supervises payroll staff, provides training for management and staff while also managing payroll system access and audits. The role also supports the organizational labor expense initiatives.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, HR or other related field. Equivalent combination of education anad relevant payroll experience may be considered in lieu of degree.


Minimum Experience

5+ years of progressive payroll experience.


Required Registration/License/Certification

N/A


Preferred Education

Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, HR or other related field


Preferred Experience

8+years of experience in payroll administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Experience in Kronos Workforce Central/Dimensions and INFOR – Lawson.


Preferred Registration/License/Certification

Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or other payroll certification.


Other Requirements

Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., Kronos, ADP, Workday) and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
