We're Hiring: Full-Time Lead Veterinary Surgery Technician

As our Lead Surgery Tech, you'll play a vital role in keeping things running smoothly in the OR while mentoring and inspiring our up-and-coming techs and assistants.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading surgery prep, anesthesia monitoring, and patient recovery
- Performing and assisting with COHAT (Comprehensive Oral Health Assessment and Treatment) procedures
- Assisting with patient exams and helping guide clients through their pet’s care
- Maintaining sterile fields and surgical equipment
- Training and mentoring junior technicians and assistants in exams, surgery and dentistry
- Supporting efficient, high-quality surgical care for our patients
- Helping ensure a clean, organized, and well-stocked surgical environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) – 3+ years in surgical settings preferred
- Confident monitoring anesthesia and assisting with a variety of procedures
- A natural leader who loves teaching and collaborating
- Comfortable jumping in to help during exams and client visits
- Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and passionate about patient care
- Driven by a desire to support both pets and the people who love them
