Summary:
Responsible for preparation of residential and commercial loan documents as directed, and assists with the integrity of loan closings, due diligence, documentation, compliance, and processing of draws for existing construction loans. Responds to questions concerning all aspects of the residential, consumer, and commercial loans from various sources. Works closely with the Commercial Loan Officers to collect and process documentation received for loan closings. Supervises the distribution and review of daily work assignments for Loan Document Specialists.
Education, Skills, and Experience Required:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Three to five years of similar experience.
- Good organizational, communications and public relations skills, particularly in working with documentation that requires special or confidential handling.
- The interpersonal skills to communicate effectively via telephone with employees and consumers.
- Ability to perform various mathematical computations.

- Strong understanding and comfort level in working with computers. Knowledge of the following programs: Word, Excel, Access, Calyx, Abrigo/Sageworks, LaserPro, OCC’s APR program, FNMA DU, Fiserv loan functions, and/or the ability to learn the programs fairly quickly and easily.
