Our Long Island City store serves as the heart of our community, hosting tournaments, events, and gatherings that bring players together both in person and online.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is focused on warehouse operations and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with physical demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on schedule.
• Ensure products are packaged securely and meet quality standards.
• Prepare shipping labels and stage orders for carrier pickup.
• Stock shelves and maintain organized storage areas.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Keep warehouse space clean, safe, and efficient.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of basic Excel/Google Sheets functions
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and moving for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Flexible and willing to take on new challenges as the business grows.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience.
• Familiarity with POS or inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of trading card games (Yu-Gi-Oh!, Pokémon, One Piece, Disney Lorcana).

Salary Range: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE
