Finance Manager

Overview:

The Finance Manager oversees the dealership’s finance and insurance operations, working directly with customers to secure financing options and present product offerings. This role ensures all contracts are accurate, compliant, and funded in a timely manner. A successful candidate will combine strong sales ability with deep financial knowledge and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Present financing and protection product options to customers
• Secure approvals from banks and finance companies
• Prepare and finalize all F&I paperwork accurately
• Ensure compliance with state and federal lending regulations
• Maintain lender relationships and manage funding timelines
• Achieve department sales goals and profitability targets
• Train sales staff on compliance and finance procedures
