As a member of Inter Miami’s Guest Services team, you will provide unique fan experiences while promoting a welcoming environment during all events hosted at our new home, Miami Freedom Park. Our focus is to ensure all fans have a safe and memorable experience by offering world-class customer service. We strive to make everyone feel welcome. As part of our guest services team, you will support us in ensuring every guest experiences the highest level of service and engagement at our venue.

We are looking for highly enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to provide an exceptional service experience for all guests that visit our venues. This position will encompass the following roles: Ticket Taker, Usher, Premium Area Hosts, Gate Host, & Response Team. 


Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

  •  Maintain a positive mindset and strong people skills.

  • Resolve guest complaints and conflicts in a timely and effective manner. 
  • Demonstrate a guest-service-oriented disposition and professional appearance. 
  • Attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to resolve high-pressure situations.  
  • Ability to perform tasks in a stationary position for extended periods of time. 
  • Maintaining a presentable, clean, and safe environment for all guest-facing areas. 
  • Exhibit excellent communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills 
  • Retain an extensive knowledge of Miami Freedom Park, policies, ticketing procedures, and emergency procedures. 
  • Additional related duties as assigned 

Position Summary 

This is a PART – TIME position with work hours based on the event scheduled at Miami Freedom Park and Chase Stadium. 

  • Location - Primarily at Miami Freedom Park (Miami), with occasional availability at IMCF Stadium (Fort Lauderdale)  
  • Average hours per shift: 5 to 6 hours per shift 
  • Average events per month – 2 to 4 (Subject to event schedule) 
  • Event Season - The event season typically runs from February through November.  

 

Applicants must have work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis and must not require work visa sponsorship from Inter Miami CF now or in the future to retain authorization to work in the United States.

Requirements:
  • Must be able to work evenings and required to work weekends 
  • Must work ALL Inter Miami CF Home Matches 
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. 
  •  Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. 
  •  Previous sports experience preferred but not required. 
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
