Description: The maintenance technician primary duty is to ensure the essential functions of the maintenance department are completed in a timely matter under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Manager.
- The maintenance worker must have a broad based plant maintenance experience, encompassing Electrical/PLC, Robotics, Mechanical, Welding, Machining, Hydraulics/Pneumatics, Conveyor systems, etc.
- Employee will be responsible for day to day coverage of production equipment's.
- They are to respond to alarms, breakdowns, and requests as quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Will perform major equipment repairs and rebuilds when necessary.
- Must be willing to tackle whatever maintenance challenge presents itself, and be willing to assist and learn from others in their areas of expertise.
- Employee must have the ability to conform to established procedures and to help identify and solve problems.
- Employee must have broad understanding of the fundamentals of machines and or mechanics, proficiency in others, and the willingness to learn additional.
- Employee will maintain courteousness and a helpful demeanor with co-workers, vendors and acts as a team member with all employees of the management staff.

- Be able to sit/stand for 10+ hours.
