What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose commercial HVAC systems with integrity
- Perform maintenance and repairs on RTUs, water source heat pumps & cooling towers
- Service chiller and boiler systems (preferred)
- Serve customers with urgency, professionalism, and a solutions-first mindset
- Go above & beyond to prevent issues before they impact the client
- Maintain clean, safe job sites and accurate service documentation

Requirements:
? What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years commercial HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to innovate
- Humble, team-first attitude with a serve-it-up mentality
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
