This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong AI proficiency, and the ability to seamlessly manage multiple business and personal priorities. The ideal candidate is discreet, proactive, with a polished yet personable presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the principal’s strategic right hand, anticipating needs and managing priorities
  • Coordinate complex calendars, scheduling, and shifting logistics across multiple locations
  • Manage travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Organize and streamline personal and professional priorities
  • Utilize AI tools to increase efficiency, organization, and workflow optimization
  • Draft and manage communications on behalf of the principal
  • Liaise with vendors, partners, and key contacts
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong AI proficiency
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly
  • Comfortable operating within the Apple ecosystem
  • Flexible and able to travel between Virginia and Florida as needed
