We are currently accepting applications from licensed clinicians who are passionate about client-centered, evidence-based mental health care in a collaborative and supportive group practice. Our cohort will be starting in early April 2026.
Ignite Counseling Colorado provides accessibility to expert mental health care with specialized treatment for OCD, Trauma, and Addictions concerns. We have talented therapists at a variety of price points, group and workshop offerings into the community and opportunity to master's students for a meaningful clinic internship experience.
W-2 employment status; compensation is based on experience, licensure level, and clinical specialties:
- Clinical rate of pay $55-65/hour.
Job Description Summary
Clinicians are expected to use evidence-based interventions (such as ERP and EMDR), maintain a weekly caseload of 25+ clients (full time; part time caseload goal is 15+), and uphold high standards for documentation, care coordination, and professional collaboration. Supervision is provided for pre-licensed staff. All therapists work within Ignite’s structured policies and clinical systems to ensure sustainability and excellence in care.
Specific Duties
Clinical Treatment
- Must provide care to clients regardless of payor source.
- Build therapeutic rapport with clients.
- Maintain ethics and confidentiality of client information and Ignite Counseling Colorado’s proprietary information.
- Cultivate a culture of feedback and trust with clients and colleagues.
- Utilize best practice interventions and stay current with research-based care.
- Serve as facilitator for group therapy offerings at Ignite.
- Follow Ignite’s Employment and Practice Policies.
Administrative Tasks
- Perform intake assessments and determine client fit.
- Demonstrate self-motivation to market and retain new clients.
- Maintain a paper-free practice utilizing Ignite’s EHR system.
- Demonstrate organized, professional skills in promptly answering calls and emails.
- Complete DAP notes every session within 24 hours, and treatment plans as indicated.
- Track work hours, billing, and payments accurately and timely.
- Perform other duties as assigned (including but not limited to: authorization and billing forms, phone calls, and participating in case consultation meetings).
- Implement time management strategies and demonstrate independence in clinical workflow.
Team Building and Networking
- Reliable and dependable attendance at all scheduled meetings and sessions.
- Maintain reliable transportation to the Westminster office.
- Network within the therapist community to sustain strong referral sources.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
- Active license in Colorado as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (licensed).
- Passion for clinical learning and growth in evidenced based care.
