Position Description:

Executive Administrative Assistant works with Executive Administration team focusing on Complaints, Disputes, Bankruptcy, Deceased, Validation, C&D and  other forms of Correspondence and communications. Works closely with Partners and Attorneys to resolve and review escalated matters. Works and communicates directly with clients.

 

Position Requirements:

  • Ability to identify a Complaint, Dispute, VOD, Fraud Request, Bankruptcy, Deceased, etc.
  • Report directly to clients
  • Status files per individual Client guidelines
  • Maintain required log for individual Clients
  • Cross-train and provide backup assistance to Executive and Administrative Assistants
  • Support Executive Team as requested
  • Other duties as assigned

    Position Qualifications:

  • Proficient in both Word and Excel
  • General working knowledge of CLS (Word Perfect)
  • Must be able to “Multi-task”
  • Excellent Organizational Skills
  • Strong Attention to Detail (Accuracy is a must)
  • Dependable
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ability to work with other departments
  • Maintains confidentiality as required

    Skills & Abilities:

  • Advanced knowledge of CLS servicing system
  • Moderate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Average Math Skills, Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, and Documentation Skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Task oriented with the ability to individually prioritize based on job requirements
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn new skill sets and share expertise with management and team members

    Education and/or Experience:

  • Minimum
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

    3-5 years’ experience in the legal collections industry

     

  • Desired
  • 4 Year College Degree

    2 Year College Degree

    5+ years’ experience in the Banking or Collections Industry
