Position Description:
Executive Administrative Assistant works with Executive Administration team focusing on Complaints, Disputes, Bankruptcy, Deceased, Validation, C&D and other forms of Correspondence and communications. Works closely with Partners and Attorneys to resolve and review escalated matters. Works and communicates directly with clients.
Position Requirements:
Ability to identify a Complaint, Dispute, VOD, Fraud Request, Bankruptcy, Deceased, etc.
Report directly to clients
Status files per individual Client guidelines
Maintain required log for individual Clients
Cross-train and provide backup assistance to Executive and Administrative Assistants
Support Executive Team as requested
Other duties as assigned
Position Qualifications:
Proficient in both Word and Excel
General working knowledge of CLS (Word Perfect)
Must be able to “Multi-task”
Excellent Organizational Skills
Strong Attention to Detail (Accuracy is a must)

Skills & Abilities:
Advanced knowledge of CLS servicing system
Moderate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Average Math Skills, Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, and Documentation Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Task oriented with the ability to individually prioritize based on job requirements
Good time management skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Willingness to learn new skill sets and share expertise with management and team members
Education and/or Experience:
Minimum
High School Diploma or equivalent
3-5 years’ experience in the legal collections industry
Desired
4 Year College Degree
2 Year College Degree
5+ years’ experience in the Banking or Collections Industry
