Position Summary:
The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, assisting with food service, and providing excellent guest service. The ideal candidates will have bartending experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a strong focus on guest satisfaction, responsible alcohol service, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages to members according to recipes and special requests.
- Serve food to guests in the bar area.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies.
- Engage with members and guests, making recommendations and discussing specials.
- Provide service for club events, including setup, execution, and takedown.
- Handle cash and member accounts using the Club's Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure excellent service in all areas, including the bar top, dining spaces, and golf simulator area.
- Adhere to alcohol service regulations and ensure responsible service.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Assist with food runner and busser duties as needed.
- Support a team-oriented atmosphere and embrace feedback for growth.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of bartending experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess or obtain a Wisconsin Responsible Beverage Server Certificate and Operator’s License.
- Demonstrated knowledge of, and compliance with, all applicable health regulations and liquor laws.
- ServSafe certification preferred.
- Strong multitasking and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide outstanding guest service.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods and bend, stoop, and climb as needed during the shift.
- Safely use and operate bar equipment, including lifting beer kegs and CO2 tanks.
