Inside Sales Representative (2PM-10PM Shift)
Location: Boca Raton, FL (Onsite)
$17/hr Paid Training with Uncapped Commission
Pay: $36,000 - $75,000 per year
Full-Time | 2PM–10PM (3PM-11PM Shifts also Available)
Training Schedule: (Subject to change)
Weeks 1+2 9AM-5PM Monday-Friday
Weeks 3+4 2PM-10PM Monday-Friday
Permanent schedule 2PM-10PM or 3PM-11PM (Flexible days off - Working one weekend day, one day off during the week non consecutive)

Pay & Earning Potential
- $17.00/hr guaranteed during your first 8 weeks
- After training: $15/hr minimum guarantee OR commission (whichever is higher)
- Average reps earn $20+/hr
- Top performers earn more

What You’ll Do
- Take inbound and transferred calls
- Help customers choose internet, mobile, and TV services that fit their needs
- Upsell and cross-sell promotions
- Enter orders into our system
- Follow simple compliance guidelines
We teach you everything you need to know.
What We’re Looking For
- 18+ years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Comfortable talking on the phone
- Basic to Intermediate computer skills
- Able to work onsite in Boca Raton
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Sales experience is a plus — but not required.
