Sightseeing Seasonal Ticket Agent
Location: Montreal, QC
Status: Part-Time, Seasonal (Full-Time Hours Available During Peak Season)
Reports to: Immediate Supervisor / Manager
Coach Canada is hiring Seasonal Ticket Agents to support our Montreal sightseeing operations. This is a dynamic, customer-facing role ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced tourism environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate tour information and promote sightseeing services
Sell tickets and process transactions
Book reservations and coordinate hotel pick-ups
Deliver inclusive and accessible service to all guests
Maintain accurate records and complete daily reconciliations
Support team operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience
Qualifications:
Bilingual in French and English (required)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; strong overall computer literacy
Attentive, personable, reliable, and accountable
Criminal record check clearance
Demonstrated professionalism and ability to apply de-escalation techniques when required
Previous customer service, tourism, hospitality, or ticketing experience considered an asset
Availability Requirements:
Weekend availability is required
Must be available to work statutory holidays
Full-time hours available during peak season
