We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead our efforts in expanding our warehousing and staffing services.
This is a remote position with occasional traveling.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth in the warehousing and staffing segments.
- Identify potential clients and build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns and promotional materials targeting the warehousing and staffing sectors.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize revenue generation and achieve sales targets.
- Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to showcase our warehousing and staffing solutions.
- Lead negotiations with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with developments in the warehousing and staffing industries, anticipating and adapting to changing market dynamics.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, progress, and achievements to senior management.
Salary:
6 month draw then 100% generous commission package

Requirements
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in business development within the warehousing and/or staffing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of warehousing processes and staffing solutions, with an understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade potential clients effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead a high-performing business development team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strategic mindset and the capacity to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
