We are seeking a friendly and professional Service Receptionist to join our team at a new car dealership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing service appointments, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their service needs.

- Schedule service appointments and manage the service calendar efficiently.

- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.

- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely and effective service delivery.

- Process customer payments and handle transactions accurately.

- Provide information about dealership services.

- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.



Requirements:

 Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

- Proficient in using computer systems and software for scheduling and record-keeping.

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry, is a plus.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
