Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• U se a consultative approach to educate customers about insurance and financial options, ensuring they have the coverage and plan that meets their specific needs.
• Connect with customers establishing trust and rapport while understanding their unique needs.
• Cultivating prospective new customers and identifying opportunities to promote our products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements:

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated, willing and able to take initiative
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
• Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
