About the Role

As an Account Executive, you’ll be equipped with the tools, training, and support needed to become a cold chain expert. This role focuses on driving revenue growth for our Mount Laurel Freight Brokerage through targeted sales efforts while working in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through targeted sales efforts

  • Generate leads using prospecting tools and outreach strategies

  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet performance goals

  • Identify and maximize the potential of assigned accounts

  • Engage prospects via phone, email, and in-person meetings

  • Represent RLS at trade shows and industry conferences

Position Details

  • Reports to: Operations Manager, Freight Brokerage

  • Direct Reports: None

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

  • Compensation: Base + commission

  • Work Location: In person

  • Work Environment: Office setting; fast-paced, challenging, and supportive
