About this position
Program Manager will have experience working with young people in the community. Their primary role is to manage day-to-day program operations, represent the program to the community and ensure a student experience that supports emotional growth and classroom success. Ultimately, they are responsible for overall student satisfaction, pass rates and performance on the National Registry Exam.

· Bachelors Degree or 2 years industry experience relating to Program Operations
· Excellent analytical and organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Ability to objectively observe, critique and evaluate written and performance data
· Ability to foster effective teams and develop strong external relationships
· Demonstrate sound judgment and independently problem solve
· Create and use appropriate tools to monitor program progress
· Adjust program activities as needed, based off lessons learned, to continually refine processes and improve outcomes
· Ability to work with diverse teams
Duties and Responsibilities
· Build and maintain relationships with project participants during all phases of the project and when necessary, provide direct service to participants.
· Take the lead in maintaining ongoing communications with external stakeholders and agencies.
· Engage and collaborate with external stakeholders (employer partners, educational agencies, community- based organizations) and internal staff (project managers, curriculum developers, instructors and case managers) in the development of projects.
· Assist Program Director in the development of project plans including developing project goals and objectives, scope and expectations, roles and responsibilities and an evaluation framework.
· Prepare and present project reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
· Ensure project goals and deliverables are met, within budget and meet high quality standards.
· Adjust project activities as needed, based off lessons learned, to continually refine processes and improve outcomes.
Physical Requirements
· Persons performing service in this position will exert 10 to 20 pounds of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
· This type of work involves a combination of sitting, walking, and standing for periods of time.
