Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose plumbing issues and perform repairs efficiently and safely
Inspect and test plumbing systems for functionality, safety, and code compliance
Read blueprints and plans to layout water supply, waste, and drainage systems
Install, maintain, and repair water supply and drainage lines, fixtures, and appliances (faucets, water heaters, etc.)
Handle customer inquiries, provide quotes, and communicate solutions clearly
Work safely around existing infrastructure, including electrical wiring
Qualifications:
Valid Journeyman Plumber license
Multi-family experience preferred
Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing systems
Proficient with plumbing tools and equipment; must provide your own hand tools
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Friendly, patient, and professional with customers and team members
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 80+ lbs and work in awkward or confined spaces
Good physical stamina for daily plumbing work
