Shipping & Receiving Assistant

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable, detail-driven Shipper/Receiver Assistant to join our team in Nashua, NH. This full-time role supports our warehouse operations by managing incoming and outgoing inventory with precision, helping us maintain smooth and timely distribution.

• Position: Shipping & Receiving Assistant
• Location: Nashua, NH
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 1st Shift (based on business needs)
• Compensation: $23/hour (Dependent on Experience)
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Essential Functions:

• Receive and inspect incoming inventory
• Pick and pack items according to purchase orders
• Invoice customers and process shipping documentation
• Deliver Breadman orders as scheduled
• Perform quality control checks
• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized shipping and receiving area
• Collaborate with team members to meet fulfillment goals

 Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Experience operating a forklift
• Previous shipping/receiving experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with fastener and hardware products preferred
• Strong time management an organizational abilities
