Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday | 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (10-hour shifts)
Department: Warehouse / Operations

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and supervise large teams in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for ensuring productivity, safety, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency while maintaining a positive and accountable team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead large warehouse teams to meet daily operational goals
• Oversee inventory management, accuracy, and control processes
• Coordinate workflow, staffing, and productivity for assigned shifts
• Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Train, coach, and develop team members, including performance management
• Monitor and address operational issues proactively
• Collaborate with management on continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven supervisory experience managing large teams
• Strong background in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Demonstrated experience with inventory management and control
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work Wednesday through Saturday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM

Preferred Qualifications

• Lift driver / forklift certification or experience (strong plus)
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to work extended shifts and be on your feet for long periods
• Ability to operate or oversee material-handling equipment
• Must be able to work in a warehouse environment
