About the role
- We are a manufacturing facility seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our team. The Inventory Associate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, releasing parts to our production departments, conducting audits, and ensuring accurate stock records.
What you'll do
- Maintain accurate inventory records and data in the system
- Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- Monitor stock levels and replenish as needed
- Coordinate with management on inventory needs
- Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Utilize internal systems for inventory tracking and reporting
- Coordinating Freight
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members
- 3+ years experience in a related role
- Knowledge of inventory management software and systems
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to audit sales orders

The pay range for this role is:
20 - 24 USD per hour(El Monte HQ)
