Tombras, a 450+ person, full-service, national advertising agency with a digital mindset, is seeking an Associate Director, Paid Social.

Who you are:
As an Associate Director of Paid Social, you are an experienced digital marketing leader with 5+ years of experience in paid social strategy development and execution. You possess a deep understanding of integrated media strategy and tactics and have a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding performance benchmarks. You have experience managing personnel and operations and are able to oversee departmental processes to ensure optimal efficiency. You are a client-facing expert who can provide strategic insights and recommendations, build strong client relationships, and lead high-level negotiations. You are a natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to represent the department with external vendors and the broader team.
What you'll be doing:
- Developing and executing advanced paid social strategies that meet or exceed performance benchmarks
- Overseeing departmental processes to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness
- Managing platform relationships to ensure access to the latest capabilities and tools
- Maintaining department documents, templates, and POVs to ensure best practices are consistently applied
- Managing personnel and operations to ensure the department is performing at its best
- Leading high-level strategy and planning discussions with clients and internal stakeholders
- Providing strategic insights and recommendations for cross-channel campaigns
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, leading high-level negotiations, and collaborating on integrated campaigns
- Staying current with industry trends and best practices, and sharing knowledge with the broader team.
What you bring:
- 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing leadership role with a focus on paid social
- Deep understanding of integrated media strategy and tactics
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding performance benchmarks
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to manage personnel and operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Client-facing experience and ability to lead high-level strategy and planning discussions
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and lead high-level negotiations
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field
