Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Marina Store Associate to join our team in Grand Rivers, KY. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist with sales, maintain store appearance, and support daily marina operations. This role requires a customer-focused attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and surrounding areas.
Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure product availability.
Provide information about marina services, products, and local attractions.
Assist with boat rentals, reservations, and other marina-related activities as needed.
Assist boats pulling up to the docks
Fueling boats as needed
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Follow all safety and operational procedures to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register or POS system.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
