Minimum Qualifications:

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and safety guidelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical certification or vocational training in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields.
- Experience working in the waste management or environmental remediation industry.
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or structural problems as they arise.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to schedule and oversee repair work and ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and inventory of spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance operations to promote a safe working environment.
