Office Manager / Treatment Coordinator (Full-Time)

We’re a growing dental practice seeking a confident, organized, and patient-focused Office Manager / Treatment Coordinator to run the day-to-day flow of the office while guiding patients through high-value treatment decisions—especially implant care.

This role is perfect for someone who loves being at the front of the practice, understands both the clinical and financial side of dentistry, and knows how to turn trust into treatment acceptance.

What You’ll Do

Manage the daily operations of the practice and keep the front running smoothly
Present and coordinate treatment plans, with a strong focus on implants
Confidently discuss financial options, insurance benefits, EOBs, and financing applications
Use Dentrix for scheduling, charting, and patient management
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and ensure a seamless patient experience
Engage with patients from first call to completed treatment
Collaborate closely with the doctor and clinical team to drive case acceptance

What We’re Looking For

Previous dental office experience required
Strong knowledge of Dentrix, EOBs, and patient financing
Comfortable presenting and “selling” treatment in a professional, ethical, patient-first way
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Confident, dependable, and polished—patients trust you immediately
Implant experience is a big plus

Compensation & Schedule

$27–$32 per hour, based on experience
Performance bonus paid after treatment is accepted and completed when you successfully close cases
Office Hours:
- Monday & Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
