What You’ll Do:
Making outgoing calls, emails, texts and chats from clients
Deliver clarity, compassion, and confidence in every interaction
Keep client info accurate & updated

Who You Are:
No previous experience required—just a willingness to learn
High school diploma or equivalent (college students/grads welcome)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Comfortable using technology platforms such as Zoom, email, and CRM tools
Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
Professional attitude, time management, and organizational skills are key
