Mercedes-Benz of Oklahoma City is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Facilities Support Specialist to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment across our service, parts, and workshop operations.

We operate a high-volume service department supporting 30+ technicians across 50 service bays. A disciplined and well-maintained facility directly supports technician productivity, workplace safety, and the client experience.

This position plays a critical role in upholding the professional standards expected of the Mercedes-Benz brand. Meticulous, efficient, and self-directed individuals will thrive in this role.

Position Overview

The Facilities Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining facility cleanliness, coordinating waste and tire disposal, supporting safety standards, and ensuring operational areas remain organized and production-ready.

Work areas include:

Workshop (50 service bays)Parts DepartmentService Drive / Customer Drop-Off AreaShared operational and storage spacesThis is an active, hands-on role in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities

General Cleaning & Facility Upkeep

Sweep and maintain service bays and shop floorsOperate floor scrubbing equipmentRemove trash from shop, parts, and service areas

Maintain clean and organized walkways and workspacesBreak down and properly dispose of cardboard and packagingTire & Waste Management

Collect and stage used tires for disposalCoordinate tire removal with disposal vendorManage scrap metal and recycling processesMonitor waste containers to ensure they remain orderly and not overflowingSpill & Safety Support

Prompt cleanup of fluid spillsMaintain absorbent materials and spill kitsAssist in supporting shop safety compliance standardsPartner with foreman and management to address facility-related needsFacility Presentation

Maintain cleanliness of service drive and client-facing areasSupport overall facility readiness for client visits and inspections

Schedule

Generally Monday–Friday6:00 AM – 3:00 PM40 hours per week

Qualifications

Strong work ethic and consistent reliabilityAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionComfortable working in an automotive service environmentPhysically able to lift 50lbsand remain active throughout shiftExperience operating floor scrubbing equipment and forklift preferred(not required)Prior facilities, warehouse, or dealership experience preferred
