USply is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our growing sales organization. This role is essential to ensuring accurate order processing, proactive inventory coordination, and strong communication across departments.

The CSR serves as a key liaison between customers, outside sales representatives, operations, logistics, and production. This position requires ownership, accountability, and a proactive mindset to identify and resolve issues before they escalate. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to develop strong product knowledge and business acumen.

Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Management & Customer Support

Accurately enter and process customer orders within the ERP system

Confirm pricing, availability, lead times, and delivery requirements

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and outside sales representatives

Proactively identify potential order or delivery issues and communicate solutions

Inventory & Logistics Coordination

Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock status

Coordinate stock transfers and shipments to fulfill orders

Track shipments and resolve delivery issues with operations and carriers

Escalate production or supply constraints while proposing alternative solutions

Sales Team Support

Provide timely support to outside sales reps, including documentation and order updates

Maintain accurate quotes, pricing updates, and customer records

Product Knowledge & Continuous Improvement

Develop and maintain knowledge of USply products, specifications, and applications

Assist customers with product recommendations and troubleshooting

Support reporting related to order activity and inventory trends

Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Additional Duties

Assist with samples, marketing projects, presentations, and trade shows as needed

Perform other duties as assigned to support company objectives

QualificationsRequired

Experience in customer service, order entry, or sales support (distribution or manufacturing preferred)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems

Preferred

Experience in building materials, wood products, or industrial distribution

Strong cross-department problem-solving abilities
