 $70K-$130K | 🕒 On-site schedule, Monday–Friday, OT as needed

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and technical proposals for ship repair projects.

  • Read and interpret detailed drawings, specifications, and technical manuals.

  • Participate in collaborative estimating processes and bid reviews.

  • Attend ship inspections and support business development efforts.

  • Work closely with all departments to determine material and manpower requirements.

  • Contribute as a team player in a fast-paced, on-site work environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of professional experience, preferably in marine or industrial industries.

  • Shipyard experience preferred; knowledge of Navy ships and prior military experience a plus.

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree highly recommended.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • U.S. citizen with legal right to work in the U.S.

  • Able to obtain TWIC and DBIDS credentials.

  • Pass post-offer drug screening and background check.

  • Valid Hawaii REAL ID-compliant driver’s license (or U.S. Passport + Hawaii license).

  • Reliable transportation.
