Multidisciplinary Pediatric Therapy Clinic

Reports to: Regional Directors of Operations (RDOs)

At Great Strides Rehab, an H2 Health company our Clinic Director will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families while leading a collaborative, multidisciplinary team in a supportive and growth-focused environment.

Your role will include:

  • Overseeing the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care for a diverse pediatric population, including children with developmental delays, neurological diagnoses, genetic conditions, orthopedic impairments, sensory processing challenges, and behavioral needs.
  • Supporting clinicians in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that help children reach developmental milestones and improve functional independence.
  • Collaborating closely with Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, and Behavior Technicians to ensure comprehensive, team-based care.
  • Engaging families through clear communication, education, and partnership to promote carryover and long-term success.
  • Utilizing evidence-based pediatric practices and ensuring clinical excellence across disciplines.
  • Leading daily clinic operations, mentoring and coaching team members, overseeing scheduling and productivity, and fostering a positive, child-friendly environment that prioritizes both patient experience and staff engagement.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, payer requirements, and quality standards while driving operational efficiency and team performance.

Requirements

  • Degree from an accredited OT, PT, SLP or Assistant Program.
  • Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
