🛠 What You Bring
✔ 3+ years Workday configuration experience
✔ Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, large datasets)
✔ Strong understanding of HCM modules & lifecycle management
✔ Ability to simplify complex systems for non-technical teams
✔ Product mindset + passion for continuous improvement
✔ Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive
Bonus: implementation experience, certifications, AI tool fluency 🤖✨
